Pandan Coconut Tart......Yummmy


RECIPE :
PREPARE THE SWEET PASTRY SAME METHOD AS MY BLUEBERRY CHEESE TART PASTRY
FILLING INGREDIENTS : A : 2nos Egg, 100g Sugar, 60g Milk, 60g Coconut Milk, 1tsp Pandan Juice, few Drops colouring
INGREDIENTS B: 50g melted butter
INGREDIENTS C: 60g Desicated coconut
METHOD :
1. Press the sweet pastry onto the tart mould
2. Mix ingredients A until sugar is dissolved, Add in ingredients B, mix until well-blended.
3. Pour the fillings over the sweet pastry and bake at 180c for 25mins.
Done....Put in to your mouth.....mmmmmm delicious..........
