My First Blueberry Cheese Tart....第一次做的蓝莓芝士挞。

My Good Helper

This 2 Done by my good helper  

Sweet Pastry : Ingredients A : 200g Butter , 120g Icing Sugar
Ingredients B : 1 no Egg
Ingredients C : 420g plain Flour, Milk Powder
Method :
1. Cream Ingredients A lightly, Add in ingredients B, cream untill smooth.
2. Add in ingredients C. mix untill well-blended.
3. Press the sweet pastry onto the tart mould prick some holes on the pastry shell and bake at 190c for 15 mins or until lightly golden brown, Leave to cool
Filling : Ingredients A Cream cheese 250, Sugar 60g
Ingredients B : 1 no egg
Ingredients C : 50g whipping cream (Dairy)
Ingredients D : Blueberry Jam
Method :
1. Cream ingredients A until light and smooth. Add in ingredients B, cream until well blended.
2.Add in Ingredients C mix until well combined.
3. Deposit the cheese fillings onto the baked pastry shells. place some blueberry jam on the top and make swirls with it.
4.Bake at 200c for 10mins to 12mins.
Finally Leave it cool and apply apricot gel ............
